We are honoured to have been presented an IDIBC SHINE Award for our West Point Grey residence.  Congratulation to all the RIDs who received SHINE Awards this year for their beautifully executed projects!  Well done!!

Milestone

Although the substantial completion of our Pt. Grey project happened a few months ago, we're still fine tuning the residence.  I've assembled a collection of detail views here to impart the feeling of the residence.  Once our last few items can be checked off, we'll look forward to revealing the finished results; adding professional image captures to our web site.

Final Phase

The ground up construction of our Point Grey project started back in the fall of 2013 and as we approach the fall of 2015, the final phase of construction is underway.  So much of the finishing work on a custom residence depends on the design documentation and careful workmanship that has proceeded it.   For this project heirloom has been our mantra, it's truly rewarding to see our design work carried out with such precision.  We appreciate all phases of construction but the excitement grows as these finished spaces begin to reveal themselves. Very much looking forward to seeing this highly crafted home completed and ready to host the family we designed it for.
